Members of the competitive team may not participate in competitive programs at any other studio.
2. Tuition, Billing & Payment Policies
2.1 Payment Method Required
A valid credit or debit card must be kept on file at all times for each enrolled family. Maintaining a current payment method is a condition of enrollment. Families are responsible for ensuring that their payment information remains accurate and up to date. Failure to maintain a valid payment method may result in suspension of class participation until updated payment information is provided.
2.2 Tuition Due Date and Automatic Payments
Monthly tuition is due on the 1st of each month.
By enrolling at Sea to Sky Dance Company, the account holder authorizes Sea to Sky Dance Company to automatically charge the payment method on file for all tuition, applicable fees, and any outstanding balances in accordance with this Agreement.
It is the account holder's responsibility to ensure sufficient funds are available and that the payment method on file is valid. Declined or failed payments do not waive the obligation to pay tuition or any applicable late fees.
2.3 Late Payments
Any balance not paid by the due date will be considered past due.
A $25 late fee will be assessed beginning 10 days after the payment due date and every 10 days thereafter until the account balance is paid in full.
Late fees will continue to accrue regardless of attendance, missed classes, vacations, illness, or discontinued participation until the account has been paid or the enrollment has been officially canceled in accordance with the studio's withdrawal policy.
2.4 Delinquent Accounts
Accounts that remain unpaid may result in suspension of class participation at the studio's sole discretion until the account is brought current.
Sea to Sky Dance Company reserves the right to pursue collection of unpaid balances through any lawful means. The account holder agrees to remain responsible for all tuition, fees, late charges, and any reasonable costs incurred in collecting unpaid balances, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
2.4 Returned or Declined Payments
Returned checks or declined payments will incur a $25 processing fee. Continued payment issues may result in termination of enrollment.

All tuition and fees are non-refundable. No refunds or credits will be issued for absences, withdrawal, dismissal, schedule conflicts, or personal decisions to discontinue participation.
Exceptions may be considered only for documented medical emergencies at the sole discretion of Studio Administration.
